The work was created at the Radiopaint studio as part of the theme “eternal narratives.” Instead of a sea monster, I imagine Leviathan as today’s media engine — news feeds, social-media algorithms, the interests of invisible moderators. It appears to be under control, yet it follows its own logic and produces unpredictable consequences.
Its “weapon” is letters and signs: by manipulating symbols, Leviathan assembles reality out of headlines and clicks. By nature, this creature carries – the agenda forms and collapses instantly, and this noise settles into the viewer’s mind. In this artwork I am not depicting a monster but an influence: the way an informational beast shapes our emotional and mental landscape while pretending to be a neutral intermediary
