CONTEMPORARY ART SHOW
WE SPEAK 2.0
GASTROBAR CULTURA
TASHKENT, SHARAF RASHIDOV AV., 40

2 APRIL 2026 - 2 MAY 2026
– Is it strange to buy art in a bar?

– No. It’s strange to leave behind something you liked

The exhibition “WE SPEAK 2.0,” which you are at now, is the second stage of this creative experiment

We deliberately chose a gastropub, not a gallery, for this show.
“Cultura” is a place where this happens every evening: people arrive as individuals, become “we” for a while, and then part ways again. Art doesn’t just “hang” on the walls here but reflects what is happening in this space.
You may have already noticed: the space itself is divided. In one room, you hear “I”; in the other — “we.”
Of the five themes, two remain: Identity and Community. Not because the others are exhausted, but because this is how closeness works.

When people truly get to know each other, everything comes down to the essentials: who I am and who we are.
Especially for the exhibition, the bar created a special cocktail. It’s also about Identity and Community: two forms that can be combined in one glass.
By ordering this cocktail,
you get the chance to control one of the artworks — quite literally. Details are available from your waiter or at the bar!
All artworks in the exhibition are available for acquisition
A QR code next to each artwork lets you learn more and reserve it.
Maybe you’ll take home more than just an impression?
Look at the artworks.

Catch the moment.

Create your own version of “we.”

Welcome!

NADINE DHIVER
Contemporary fine artist working with painting and drawing

Nadine Dhiver (born in 1990 in Magdeburg, Germany) currently lives and works in Moscow. She graduated from the British Higher School of Art and Design in Moscow in 2014 and later continued her studies at several institutions, including the Royal Drawing School ODDY24 in London, which she completed in 2025. Nadine’s works always exist at the boundary between the visible and the felt: in her practice she explores how a factual reality is layered with associations, memory, and lived experience.

ROMA SOYEROV
Contemporary interdisciplinary artist

Roma Soyerov (born in 1993 in Moscow, Russia) currently lives and works in Tashkent. His professional background shapes his distinct architectural approach to how viewers perceive his works. The artist works across different media and techniques, but what unites his paintings, installations and sculptures is a continuous search for balance between the architecture of form and the element of chance, between the author’s intention and the viewer’s interpretation.

SITORA BREJNEVA
Contemporary interdisciplinary artist

Sitora Brezhneva (born in 1984 in Bukhara, Uzbekistan) currently lives and works in Tashkent. She is an interdisciplinary artist and researcher working at the intersection of contemporary art, cultural inquiry, and visual storytelling. Sitora believes that art must act upon the viewer — shift thinking — and therefore chooses to work with themes of freedom and constraint, women’s roles in society, fear, solitude, and inner resilience.
