Description of artwork

At the center of the painting is a young woman shown in profile. Her silhouette is simple and graphic. She has dark hair gathered in a bun. On her head she balances three objects with the traditional blue-and-white pahtagul pattern: two bowls and a teapot stacked together.
The woman is dressed in a bright yellow dress. The teapot and the bowls, as well as the figure itself, are outlined with a thin yellow line. The background of the painting is composed of many identical oval brushstrokes that surround the figure on all sides
Text by the artist

In this work, I wanted to show how imperceptibly and gradually household chores become the center of a woman's life. The teapot and bowl on her head symbolize the burden she carries every day, even when she tries to remain calm and collected. The painting suggests that behind her outward lightness and brightness often lies fatigue, a habit of keeping everything to herself, and a desire for someone to finally see and understand her inner state
